No attorney-client relationship
Submitting the case review questionnaire, the quick contact form, or any other information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Prado Law Firm, LLC. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.
Until an engagement agreement is signed, please do not send information you consider confidential beyond what the forms request. We review every submission, but we cannot represent every person who contacts us, and submitting information does not obligate the firm to take your case.
Contingency fee notice
"No attorney's fees unless we recover" describes a contingency fee arrangement: if there is no recovery, you owe no attorney's fees. Court costs and case expenses may be handled differently and will be explained in the written engagement agreement before you sign. Fee-shifting statutes such as the FDCPA and FCRA may also require the other side to pay attorney's fees in a successful case.

The Prado Law Firm, LLC is a Georgia law firm. Attorney David A. Prado is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. This website is not intended to solicit clients in states where the firm's attorneys are not licensed, and cases outside Georgia may be referred to or handled with local counsel where appropriate.
Privacy policy
Information we collect: when you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and your description of what happened — along with any documents you choose to upload as evidence. We also record basic technical information needed to operate the site, such as the page a form was submitted from.
How we use it: submitted information is used solely to evaluate your potential case, to contact you about it, and to represent you if you become a client. Uploaded evidence files are stored privately and are accessible only to firm staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact consent: the consent checkbox on our forms allows us to contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message, or email. It is separate from every other acknowledgment, is never pre-checked, and you may revoke it at any time by telling us to stop contacting you.
Retention and deletion: intake information is retained as long as needed to evaluate or handle your matter and to meet the firm's legal and professional obligations. You may request deletion of your submitted information by emailing Dprado@ThePradoLawFirm.com; we will honor the request unless a legal or ethical duty requires us to keep it.
