Surprisingly, the BBB provides them woth an A+ rating. Additionally, Justia lists 31 complaints filed in federal court in 2016 alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, three alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and one alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Moreover, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) lists 520 closed Afni Collections complaints for 2016.
