Resurgent Capital Services was founded in 1998, is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, and also has offices in Cincinnati, Ohio. This debt collection agency pursues payment from customers for a vast array of debts, such as credit card and health care debt. Resurgent Capital Services collects on behalf of both original creditors and debt buyers. Accounts from debt buyers tend to be quite old and customers might not even realize that their account is still being chased for groups.

 

 

 

 

 

Resurgent Capital Services has a history of being chased by the state of Arizona. The company also had to agree to some fundamental supply of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, specifically to send a letter within five days of calling a customer, providing him or her with specific information concerning the debt.
